Candidate responsibilities would include:

  • Interaction with current and potential customers across multiple online media platforms.

  • Possess strong communication skills (written, verbal and listening).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in fast paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and learn to operate within AS400/Data 3 environments.

Product Manager

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:

The Product Manager is responsible for leading product portfolio management, product pricing and to ensure alignment with corporate goals for quality and profitability.

  • Assist in the development of budgets and other financial responsibilities within the department.
  • Develop and measure KPI’s to meet departmental goals and objectives.
  • Drive product strategy and manage product roadmap
  • Identify potential products for development through market research, competitive analysis, margin analysis and gap analysis
  • Responsible for adding profitable in-demand products to our portfolio
  • Maintain, curate and develop as necessary all PDI (Product, Data & Imaging) required to drive eCommerce sales (i.e. Features / Benefits, ACES & PIES, MSDS, Installation Instructions, etc.)
  • Lead ongoing price/cost reviews to drive growth among B2B and B2C customers utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs and forecasting volume
  • Ensure new SKU’s are published for sale across all departments (i.e. Marketing, Sales, etc.)
  • Provide weekly updates regarding departmental activities and achievements.
  • Assist in catalog development
  • Assist the Purchasing Department with the following:
    • Manage ABCD Inventory Classifications to maintain adequate stocking levels and achieve best-in-class service levels without being overstocked
    • Maintain accurate BOM’s for all SKU’s
    • Participate in weekly Material Review Board meetings to discuss potential problems with products and raw material, and then determine resolution.
    • Supply Chain:
      • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and third-party brokers.
      • Assist in RFQ process to drive continual improvement and profitability.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with the following:
    • Online campaigns across different channels to increase traffic and conversion with the goal of ensuring ROI goals are met.
    • Work with technical team to ensure that website technology, structure, organization, design and functionality are customer driven, user-centric and metrics-based. Play an integral role website design and functionality.
    • Ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of content display merchandising, navigation, search functionality, and product presentation to maximize customer experience.
    • Successfully manage vendor and channel partner relationships. Analyze and develop new online marketing relationships such as affiliate programs, link building, and sponsorship opportunities.
    • Implement natural and paid search methodologies; test and recommend optimal SEO strategies for all web properties.

SKILLS & EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or related field highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years automotive experience in either (preferably in the aftermarket)
    • Knowledge of automotive products, brands and terminology
  • Demonstrated success developing and launching profitable product lines
  • Excellent Data Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Excel: Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency with analyzing large sets of data using formulas such as VLOOKUP, logical tests and pivot tables
    • PowerPoint: Develop and deliver board level presentations
    • Word & Outlook: Excellent written communication
    • Project: Some complex development projects may require the use of GANTT charts and timeline management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Experience working in an AS400 Environment a plus

As a Videographer on our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging video content for YouTube and other social media platforms. Additionally, you will use your creative skills to work with our team to plan, film, edit and promote video content. Responsibilities include ensuring the necessary filming equipment is available for use, coordinating needs with the presenter of the video, and editing film footage. This position reports up to the Director Product Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate under the direction of a Supervisor, Producer/Director, and/or client to realize the creative vision of video and audio projects. Filming parts installation, brand oriented, lifestyle videos and more
  • Set-up and operate video recording, audio, and lighting equipment, in studio and on location
  • Apply the technical aspects of light, lenses, filters, and camera settings to achieve the desired effects
  • Determine availability of power for lighting and audio needs
  • Organize raw footage; prepare and revise edit, as needed
  • Edit video and audio materials
  • Log and archive materials according to established data asset management guidelines
  • Coordinate and provide manager with production materials such as music cuts, stills, graphics, and visual elements for studio and remote production needs

R&D Fabricator

The R&D Fabricator is responsible for building molds to be used in the production of new products and repairing molds already used in production as needed. The R&D Fabricator is also responsible for the department’s machinery and tools. The position requires the ability to:

  • Use hand tools and trades type tools.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Have proficiency with precision measuring and gauging tools.
  • Work independently, multi-task, follow instructions verbal and written – good high school math, language and reading skills required.
  • Have good communication skills with ability to communicate with employees of all levels.

Previous machine shop and welding (TIG and MIG) experience helpful.
Experience with resin composite and urethane materials a plus.
