IT Support Specialist

Job Overview:
As an IT Support professional, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your role will involve providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that our IT environment is secure, efficient, and aligned with business needs. The IT Support Specialist works onsite supporting users at multiple locations as well as remote users.
Responsibilities:
- Responds promptly to and investigates, researches, & resolves onsite & remote user inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Set up IT equipment including, but not limited to, computers, monitors, printers, & IP phones.
- Configure, install, maintain, & repair problems related to hardware, software, and network connections.
- Facilitate user account management: onboarding, change, & departure processes. Set up user accounts for various applications. Set up groups, directories, & permissions.
- Provide technical support and assistance for basic Windows functions and various Office software products, including email.
- Monitor & take appropriate action related to quarantined e-mail, spam/phishing e-mails, & viruses.
- Maintains IT Support request list as well as all other IT documentation including, but not limited to, hardware inventory, software inventory, & account information.
- Create IT & user documentation/procedures as necessary. Document problem resolution.
- Interface with telecom companies, managed service providers, & other 3rd party vendors to report/resolve issues, acquire quotes, etc.
- Maintains phone system accounts, call routings, call greetings, and voicemail accounts.
- Performs data backups & recovery processes.
- Acts as hands/eyes for network infrastructure.
- Effectively communicates customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members.
- Perform equipment maintenance activities as needed, including cleaning of electronic components.
- Assist in maintaining company websites, domains, and related systems.
- Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services.
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
- Provide after-hours & on-call emergency support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the I.T. Director.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years related experience or equivalent.
- Proficient with Windows OS, MS Office, & Office 365. Experience with MAC OS, Android tablets, & Microsoft Authenticator is a plus.
- Understand concepts related to networks, servers, PCs, databases, hosted cloud systems, remote workforce environments, etc. Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networked environment including Active Directory, Domains, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. Experience with VPN preferred.

Experience:
- One year certification from college or technical school; or 3+ years related painter experience in an automotive or manufacturing/industrial setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Painter certification a plus
- Strong arm, hand, and finger dexterity with demonstrated physical capacity to reach, handle, finger, and feel.
- Attentive to detail, quality focused and willingness to learn and drive processes.
- Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to change.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills to be able to determine and mix paint formulas according to color code.

MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATE
!!!MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 1ST SHIFT POSITION!!!
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for preparing raw materials and subassemblies to meet the expectations of its internal and the company’s external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Retrieve, mark, cut, and stage raw materials to include foam sheeting, leather, and vinyl for use in further manufacturing operations.
- Complete basic finishing operations on select products to include cutting, trimming, gluing, and stapling.
- Ensure the department remains organized and free of debris or other waste that may hinder the efficient and safe operation of the department.
- Transport, organize, and store raw materials in correct locations within the manufacturing facility.
- Communicate clearly with internal customers including the Product Inspector regarding product quality and other issues. Listen to and implement any feasible feedback internal customers may provide to ensure their expectations are being met.
- Maintain and continually update data for Continuous Improvement efforts, team job performance measures, and individual performance measures.
- Properly shut down and organize the working are at the end of each day.
- Communicate to appropriate individuals when tools and supplies need to be ordered.
- Other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor.
SKILLS & EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent and level of understanding needed to excel in this position.
- Current holder of or able to qualify for a CDL physical card.
- Current training or ability to be trained to operate a sit-down forklift.
- Good communication skills – written, verbal, listening and attention to detail.
- Basic math & computer skills.
- Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The Manufacturing Associate is subject to bending, squatting, pushing, lifting heavy objects, crawling, and working in otherwise awkward positions. The Manufacturing Associate must also possess the ability to manipulate his/her fingers, hands, and wrists in repetitive motion(s).
WORK ENVIRONMENT & HAZARDS:
The Manufacturing Associate works in a well-lighted environment but is subject to occasional high decibel sounds associated with production and non-toxic fumes also associated with production. Subject to extreme repetitive motion. Other duties include working with tools and/or machinery and other items that have very sharp edges, may be under high levels of pressure or are extremely hot.
