SUPERVISION RECEIVED: This position reports to the Director of Purchasing.


  • Fabricate molds, dies and tooling that will be used in the production of products.
  • Maintain and repair all tools, molds, and machinery used in the production process.
  • Participate in problem solving with other departments to resolve mold & tooling quality issue.
  • Establish manufacturing processes and techniques to produce parts to company specifications.
  • Actively participate in product development planning from concept to completion.
  • Plan setup and operation of all types of machine shop equipment and tools.
  • Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly.
  • Requisition parts and materials as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Experience with resin composite and urethane materials.
  • Welding (TIG and MIG) & general medal fabrication experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • General knowledge or experience with CNC machinery.
  • Basic woodworking or construction knowledge.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, including thermoforming & foam casting a plus.
  • Proficient with precision measuring and gauging tools.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to follow instructions, good high school math, reading, and communication skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of general automotive construction techniques and subassemblies a plus.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and in a positive manner.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technology.


The Engineering/R&D Technician must be able to stand 80% of each workday, and is subject to bending, squatting, pushing, lifting heavy objects, crawling, and working in otherwise awkward positions. Employee must manipulate fingers, hands, wrists, and arms in repetitive motions continuously for extended periods of time.


The Engineering/R&D Technician works in a well-lighted environment but is subject to occasional high decibel sounds associated with production and non-toxic fumes also associated with production. The duties of the position include working with tools, machinery, and other items that have very sharp edges, high levels of pressure, or are extremely hot and are subject to extreme repetitive motion of the fingers, hands, wrists, and arms. Works with chemicals daily, which may be toxic if consumed or irritating if splashed in eyes.

E-Commerce & Customer Service Associate

The E-Commerce & Customer Service Associate works Monday – Friday and is scheduled for an eight (8) hour shift between the hours of 8:30AM and 8:00PM.
This position is not eligible to telecommute.

This entry level, E-Commerce & Customer Service position is a chance for the ideal candidate to join our sales team and be part of the world leader in Corvette and Muscle car parts. The candidate will be responsible for representing the company to current and potential customers by interacting with them in a professional and courteous manner and addressing any questions or needs they may have.

General Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and releasing website orders, eBay and Amazon orders and following up with customers’ requests for information and help with Customer Service issues
  • Redistribute and answer customer service email and assist in processing Internet sales.
  • Assisting customers with product availability, list pricing, order follow up, etc.
  • Trace order shipments, review shipping damage, and/or invetigate lost claims.
  • Approving and issuing call tags/return labels, credits and/or refunds when necessary.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering any questions the customer may have prior to an order and/or once they receive the product(s), communicating any product installation information, and providing appropriate order aftercare to the customer, as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the E-Commerce & Customer Service Supervisor, Director of Sales, and/or Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Possess excellent communication skills (Written, Verbal and Listening), especially communicating via telephone.
  • Ability to function in a multi-tasked and fast paced environment and prioritize time sensitive issues.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office to Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with AS400 is desirable.
  • Experience with Amazon & Ebay listings preferred.
  • Possess assertiveness and remain calm in stressful situations.
  • Experience working in automobile restoration or automotive parts industry preferable.


The E-Commerce & Customer Service Associate is subject to bending, squatting, pushing, lifting 30 pounds, crawling and working in otherwise awkward positions. The E-Commerce & Customer Service Associate must also manipulate his/her hands and wrists and sustain eyestrain for prolonged periods of time as this person is subject to many hours of utilizing computers.


The E-Commerce & Customer Service Associate works in a well-lighted, temperature-controlled environment. The position is subject to repetitive motions of the fingers, hands, wrists and arms.

The Manufacturing Associate may be assigned to work in several departments depending on workload and is responsible for ensuring the expectations of its internal and the company’s external customers are met by completing intermediate and final production processes. The Manufacturing Associate will inspect each product to find and correct flaws prior to routing it to the next operation or inspection station. Place all cosmetic and needed hardware on the product, cut and glue excess material, and clean the product to ensure customer satisfaction.
